Our Chauffeurs will meet passengers at the Airport, assist with luggage, and escort them to one of our luxury vehicles. Passengers will be delivered directly to their destination.

Be on time, or if they are running late, you will be contacted

Hold up a signboard with your name and or group name
Assist with your luggage
Open the car door when entering or leaving
Be polite and provide informed conversation if required
Cater to your needs to travel in silence or play mellow music
Provide complimentary water for your journey
Be clean and well-presented and dressed in a neat uniform
Not talk or use the phone unless it is an emergency
Always adhere to the speed limit
Ensure the car is spotless inside and out within reason
Track your flight, so if it is delayed, your Chauffeur will know
