Our Chauffeurs must have a current Driver Authority (which includes a Police Check) and are trained in all aspects of service delivery. Our Chauffeurs regularly update their training skills as required by our Chauffeur Service Standards Policy. Our Chauffeurs are supported by the Operations and Administration Teams at Headquarters. Our operations are further supported by our Customer Service Policy, Fatigue Management Policy, Incident Management Policy, and our Occupational Health and Safety Policy.

Our Chauffeurs will meet passengers at the Airport, assist with luggage, and escort them to one of our luxury vehicles. Passengers will be delivered directly to their destination.
